Vaishnav® Tempcore TMT bars are produced using the world renowned TEMPCORE process. TEMPCORE technology was first invented in 1975 at Centre de Rechaerche Metallurgiques (CRM), Belgium and since then have been implemented and applied all over the globe.

The TEMPCORE process which produces a high strength bar from steel of controlled chemical composition, consists of a special thermo mechanical treatment process from which the name is derived, i.e. a quenched surface layer is TEMPered by the heat of the CORE.
