VAISHNAV® Tempcore TMT Bars
Thermo-Mechanical Treated (TMT) steel is the next generation high strength ribbed reinforcement bar, used in all the developed countries of the world for construction activities. Increased globalization and large project undertaken by multinationals in the country make it almost mandatory that TMT bars be used in India.  Currently, there are only two known TMT processes in the world, namely: Tempcore Process designed and developed in 1974 at Centre de Rechaerche Metallurgiques (CRM), Belgium and the other one known as Thermex Process was being developed by H&K Rolling Mill, Germany.
The Tempcore process was introduced in India for the first time by Tata Steel called TATA TISCON Bars and other main producers like Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) called VIZAG Steel Bars and other secondary producers like Barnala Steel Industries.

Shree Vaishnav Alloys Private Limited (SVAPL) will be the first to introduce this high profile TEMPCORE (TMT) Bars in Western India and specifically catering to Mumbai metropolitan neighbourhoods.  SVAPL has appointed NewField Engineers, Bangalore, who are well known for commissioning big projects like Mukund Steel, Kesari Steel, Baranala Steel, in providing their expertise to acquire the right process and technology as well the Tempcore license from CRM, Belgium.
